3 easy steps to ensure your pet care needs are scheduled:

Step 1: Please make sure you receive an email stating that your appointment is pending confirmation. If you do not receive this email it means that your appointment was not saved properly. This means we didn't receive

the notice and your appointment is not in our calendar. Give us a call at

(520) 227-3034 if you do not receive this email.

Step 2: Once we receive your notice we will confirm it. You will receive a second email at this time

stating that your appointment is confirmed.

Step 3: 24 to 48 hours before your visit is scheduled we will call you to verbally confirm your schedule.

We want to make sure that your pet is cared for in your absence.

The above steps are our Terms and Conditions that have been implemented as a preventative measure to ensure everything goes according to your plans while you enjoy the convenience of our online scheduling system.
